MALE VOICE: You get to the point where it feels hopeless. You don’t want to open the mail anymore. You don’t want to hear the phone calls anymore. You don’t answer the phone. You don’t want to answer the door because you think it’s someone serving you with a complaint. I know.
And so you just shut off and that’s what you do. But you know what, if you do that, you’re done. You’re going to lose your house; you’re going to lose everything. Do it for a little bit, pull your head out of the sand and go and do something. Okay?
Now, again, that doesn’t mean you have to go to an attorney necessarily. But let me tell you this, please, please, please, do not go to a non-attorney medication company. Okay, not just because they’re competition with me, well ’cause they’re really not.
But I was at a seminar yesterday. Attorney General Bill McCollum was there, whose primary task it is to shut down fraud in Florida. And he was talking about the scams that are going on right now with mortgage foreclosure–or with mortgage rescue companies, mortgage medication companies that are non-attorneys.
Attorneys are regulated. We, we answer to the Florida Bar. If I do something bad, I get in some big trouble.
